Returns & Refunds
  • What if an item does not fit or I just do not want it?

In these cases, we will be happy to issue you a refund if the item is in the same condition as originally shipped. Any tags or labels need to remain attached. Shipping costs are not refundable in this situation. *Items with "Free Shipping" will have the original postage amount deducted from the refund. You MUST CONTACT US before returning an item.

  • Can I exchange an item?

NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased in the auction. However, we will accept your return for a purchase price refund. Please contact us for return instructions.

  • What do I do if something I purchased is not as described?

Please contact us 401-632-8892. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if our listing was inaccurate, we will be happy to correct the situation.

  • How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
